Only your real money balance is withdrawable. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must first be converted to real money balance by completing the applicable wagering requirements.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider while an active W99 balance exists — or following a withdrawal that was already processed — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. W99 will suspend any account associated with a chargeback pending investigation. If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified, the account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred for further action.
W99 offers various bonuses and promotional rewards to players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback credits, and VIP rewards. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated alongside each individual offer.
All bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those credits can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly in the offer description. For example, if you receive a PKR 500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must wager a total of PKR 10,000 before the winnings become withdrawable.
All bonuses carry an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe, both the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are shown in the offer details — please check them before accepting any promotion.
Not all games contribute equally towards completing wagering requirements. Fish games and slots typically contribute 100% of each bet towards the rollover total. Other game categories may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the offer terms.
W99 monitors all bonus usage actively. Patterns that suggest bonus abuse — including but not limited to: placing only low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, coordinating with other players, repeatedly claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts, or using betting patterns that suggest the primary intent is to extract bonus value rather than to play normally — may result in bonus cancellation, withholding of associated winnings, and account review.
W99 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus misuse, even if the wagering requirement has technically been met through irregular betting patterns.
The W99 VIP programme operates across Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers. VIP rewards including cashback, weekly rebates and exclusive offers are governed by the VIP programme terms, which are detailed on the VIP page. VIP status is earned through regular real-money play and cannot be transferred between accounts.
All games offered on the W99 platform — including fish games, slots and specialty titles — are provided by certified third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.
All game outcomes on W99 are determined by independently verified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the W99 platform. Engaging in any of the items listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in permanent ban:

W99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time where there is a breach of these Terms, reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a chargeback dispute, failure to complete identity verification, or any other circumstance that W99 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.
Where an account is closed for a breach of Terms, any remaining balance — including both real money and bonus balance — may be forfeited. W99 will communicate the reason for closure to the affected player where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting W99 support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed to the player's registered payment method in the normal course.
